These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IceCatch website (icecatchuzshoptours.com) and participation in any ice fishing tours operated by IceCatch ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors. Tour details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Always confirm details directly with our team before booking.

3. Tour Booking and Payment

3.1 All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or written confirmation from IceCatch).

3.2 Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on group size, season, and specific requirements. A confirmed quote will be provided upon enquiry.

3.3 We accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (USD, EUR, UZS) as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by client: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

4.2 Cancellation by IceCatch: If we cancel a tour due to unsafe ice conditions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 No-shows (not arriving at the meeting point without prior notice) are non-refundable.

5. Participant Safety & Responsibility

5.1 Participation in ice fishing tours involves inherent risks including cold weather, slippery ice surfaces, and remote environments. You participate at your own risk.

5.2 You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your guide at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5.3 Participants with serious medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility restrictions must inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to decline participation on safety grounds.

5.4 Participants must be at least 5 years old for family tours, and 16+ for alpine expeditions (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).

5.5 Alcohol consumption during tours is not permitted until the fishing session has concluded and you have left the ice.

6. Ice Safety

IceCatch conducts daily ice thickness assessments. We will not operate on ice below our minimum safety thresholds. Our ice safety policy is non-negotiable — no guest requests can override our safety assessment.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IceCatch and its staff shall not be liable for:
